The treatment received by Tracy at Breathing Space is second to none! From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The treatment room is relaxing, smells wonderful and is superbly relaxing not to mention homely due to its distance from resembling a clinical environment. Upon arrival Tracy took the time to run thorough my medical history (which in itself took a long time), she did this with understanding and professionalism. Whilst undergoing the Aromatouch treatment I was soothed with relaxing music, similar to what I would use to meditate, all in all the experience was amazing.

Following the treatment I made certain that I took Tracy’s advice and increased my fluid intake- she did say that I may experience headache for up to 48- I didn’t. What I did experience for the next 3 days were the best nights sleep I have had in 12 years! I felt refreshed, revitalised and well rested. I now use some bespoke blends that Tracy has specifically blended for me- I diffuse them, apply them to pulse points, bathe in them and even ingest them! I have never felt quite so alive! Thank you Tracy- Breathing Space is just what I needed! Now........ for my next appointment and my slim & sassy � blend!
